Roberts Eyecare Associates - Vestal

Diana and Sally are true rock stars! I was here last week for my own personal appointment and was passively impressed with their professionalism under the stress of a very busy front office. However, today when I came in with my daughter I was absolutely amazed at the level of care Diana took with her to walk her through the registration and change of insurance while the line just kept getting longer. She somehow greeted each new person while making my daughter feel like she was the only person there. I know it helps to have Sally right there by your side, but the both of you together are an amazing team. Truly, thank you, Diana and Sally.

Never had any issues with them, no matter what doctor I've had so far. The people that work there are always friendly and kind and respectful so always good place and peopke to our family

My glasses had a damaged bow from recent fall and Nikki in Vestal did a fabulous job fixing them for me. I am always happy with the service I receive at Roberts

Very very welcoming front counter staff , all around a very pleasant experience. Especially Nikki who adjusted my glasses for me without even looking, everyone was wonderful! There's a reason I've been going here since I was seven! :)

Used to go to Robert's Eye Care in Sydney when living in Hancock but switched to another Eye Glass place after moving to Chenango Bridge in Binghamton, needless to say I was not completely satisfied and decided to try the Robert's in Vestal and boy was I ever glad I did, had a great Eye exam and felt I didn't need to replace my glasses at this time, was not pressured to do so, would highly recommend a visit to Robert's Eye Care in either Vestal or Sydney, Thank You to the Staff of Robert's

This is a wonderful place very respectful very helpful they go beyond the norm with helping people i suggest them over anyone they helped me in critical situation and iam very appreciative i recommend them 10000 stars

Edit: within hours of the review a member of the staff reached out and we were able to get the information that I needed. Thank you for your customer service Was given a lot of attitude and hung up on by an employee. I asked if they could look up something from my previous glasses order as I needed the information for safety glasses for work. She refused to look for the information and said I will have to come in for that information. I tried to explain I work 12 hour night shifts during the week and couldn’t come in. I was then hung up on. Now I will have to pay for an additional appointment somewhere on the weekend (hopefully)

Roberts Eyecare has always provided me great quality services at a reasonable price. The doctors and staff are very professional and they do a great job of keeping things moving throughout the exam process.
