Roberts Eyecare Associates - Vestal

Used to go to Robert's Eye Care in Sydney when living in Hancock but switched to another Eye Glass place after moving to Chenango Bridge in Binghamton, needless to say I was not completely satisfied and decided to try the Robert's in Vestal and boy was I ever glad I did, had a great Eye exam and felt I didn't need to replace my glasses at this time, was not pressured to do so, would highly recommend a visit to Robert's Eye Care in either Vestal or Sydney, Thank You to the Staff of Robert's

This is a wonderful place very respectful very helpful they go beyond the norm with helping people i suggest them over anyone they helped me in critical situation and iam very appreciative i recommend them 10000 stars

Edit: within hours of the review a member of the staff reached out and we were able to get the information that I needed. Thank you for your customer service Was given a lot of attitude and hung up on by an employee. I asked if they could look up something from my previous glasses order as I needed the information for safety glasses for work. She refused to look for the information and said I will have to come in for that information. I tried to explain I work 12 hour night shifts during the week and couldn’t come in. I was then hung up on. Now I will have to pay for an additional appointment somewhere on the weekend (hopefully)

Roberts Eyecare has always provided me great quality services at a reasonable price. The doctors and staff are very professional and they do a great job of keeping things moving throughout the exam process.

Everyone I met here was very polite, patient, and professional. The whole environment was clean and comfortable, especially since I had just come out of the winter storm, so I felt great and would recommend it .

I am giving you a 5 star rating for one of your employees. I have never had any of the girls in the front who took my money at check out look into my insurance like this woman did. She helped me understand what was covered and explained things perfectly. She took the time. Not only with a smile but knowledge !!!! Her name was Kari. I was so happy when I left. I thought this would be my last appt there. I was going to Visionworks for sure. I’m staying after today’s visit. Loved the doctor I had too!! Kari is a keeper!!! Ty for the great experience

All of my experiences with Roberts EyeCare Associates has been positive. The staff were really helpful and this entablement had the sophisticated equipment that can provide more useful information about the health of your eyes to your eye doctor. My eye doctor was a nice chill guy, and he was very funny. I would defiantly go back since my experience was excellent.

I was very unhappy with the glasses I ordered and wanted a refund , I could not see with them so i went back. They asked me to sit a minute . I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but she was a very beautiful Asian girl . We talked and I was reluctant to listen but I agreed to go over my glasses and went through the receipt and she rechecked everything on my glasses. Even measured again. She said they did everything right on my prescription and rechecked the fit she said they sat wrong and adjusted them correctly . She was right and fixed them. If you have a problem with your purchase listen to them and before you presume you have the wrong glasses let them recheck. Thank you very much beautiful Girl very professional and helpful. I apologize forgetting her name don’t know if using her ethnicity was wrong. I don’t know what’s correct anymore. But she’s wonderful.

The office staff are Amazing! Bakari Samin O.D. is very knowledgeable. He is kind. He is very professional. The entire visit was on time & informative. You should definitely schedule your next eye exam with Roberts EyeCare Associates.
